    The Coe College Student Financial Services Office assumes you accept all of the financial aid we offered you. You should only submit this form IF you are declining an award OR if you need to report aid not listed on your current Financial Aid Offer (such as outside scholarships or grants). To decline awards, please check the box next to the award(s) you are declining and submit this form.  Your information will be sent to the Student Financial Services Office. Please mark only those awards that are included in your Financial Aid Offer.
